    Max Mikko (4) and Baxter Aleksi (1). I am a teacher and I LOVE the unusual names and spellings. As a music teacher I have over 400 students a year and I like hearing and reading the more creative ones. I taught for 2 years in Greece and had more difficulty reading and learning those names than any of the creative ones I've run into here in the states!

    My daughter is Tiana (yep, she came before Disney!lol) Rochella-6 yrs & my son is Otis Victor Gordon IV-2 yrs...yes, that's the FOURTH! He was supposed to be Trevon Orion, but at the last minute my husband decided to torture him! If we ever have another (not likely) a boy will get the previously agreed upon name wether my husband likes it or not & a girl will be Khiah Rose :)

    I named my first daughter Rachel Leigh (pronounced lee) after my twin that died before our birth. My baby is named Veronica Sophia, veronica after my hubby's grandma and sophia because we both loved it.

    I was actually thanked by my daughter's kindergarten teacher...She had 3 Kelsey's in her class that year and mine was spelled Kelsea so she only had to determine whom the workbooks belonged to on the other two girls knowing which one belonged to my child.

    (My husband and I both have K names.. and we wanna keep it that way... but Harper David represents both of our grandfathers)

    My son Brac is 4 and my daughter Fearan (pronounced Fear-an - some people make up some weird ways of saying it!)is 15 months. We call her Flea...

    Brac is an old celtic name meaning Free and Fearan is a changed spelling of my great aunt's surname (Fearon)... We changed it because we thought it sounded more femenine the way we have it...

    I know two little girls named Michelina (pronounced w/ the K sound) and Breanna everyone calls them Mickey and Breezy sooo cute, wish I would have thought of it!!!!
    I am still reading:tongue:
    My sister has a Michaela and she would be horrified if someone called her Mickey, it was like her biggest fear in picking that name. Michaela is 11 now and so far no one calls her that.
