For dinner I had a grilled cheese sandwhich -

Great Value white bread
Deli Deluxe American sliced cheese
miracle whip
vegetable oil spray on the pan

I can't find this in the food data base and I tried to add it but it's wanting all the nutritional facts - do I do one for the cheese, the miracle whip and the bread?

Thank you

You'll either have to type them all in separately (like 1 tbsp mw, 1 slice cheese...) or go to another recipe calorie calculator and do it there.

I'd think you have to post each individually. :) Good luck!

You could post each item individually or you could create a recipe.
  • Yes each one, then once it it added, you can click on "remember this meal" and it will store it for you under "my Meals" however, it will always show up as all 3 items seperately. Another idea, especially if you don't plan on eating it regularly and don't want it stored, is to do "quick add calories" and just put in the total calories for all three items.....this option will not track the fat, protein, ect though.

Ok Well - I see what you're talking about and I tried several times in different areas. Can't figure it out - not the correct amounts. So I'm not going to worry about it...
