Hey Freinds :) Time for another update for me. Started at 186 ( highest ) and weight intoday at 154. I am 5'8.5'' and still 26% body fat, but am working on that now. 5 something Lbs to go to my First goal!!

    Good job! I am 5'10" and started this journey weighing the same as you. My goal is 152-157 lbs. That seems to be a healthy range for me. You have inspired me, and you look great in your bikini! Celebrate your success. You've earned it!! :happy:

    I agree. You look fantastic! I am 5"7 and fluctuate between 150 - 155 and I wouldn't be caught dead in a bikini. But, if I looked as good as you, I'd be struttin' my stuff baby. Way to go.

    Awesome Job! I'm 187 pounds now (just started a couple days ago) and my goal is 140, but seeing pictures of you at 154 gives me hope that i'll still look good around 150 as well :)
