Single-Serving Pancakes
1/3 Cup of Plain Flour
1/3 Cup of Water
1 Tsp Sugar
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp Walnut Oil (you can use any kind, really, but my calories are calculated for walnut oil).
Dash of Salt.
A few drops of flavouring (optional - I used almond extract).
Mix all ingredients together, and leave to stand for ten minutes. Cook.

For this recipe, I get the following info;
174 calories, 33 carbs, 3 fat, 4 protein, and 6 sugar.
Load it up with blueberries; half a cup will make it 220 calories. A tablespoon of golden syrup will add 49 calories (but, also 23 carbs, and 18 sugar - so only as an occasional treat).
