Day by Day. I started Jan 5 using the food diary and just began slowly adding workouts over the last two weeks. Why? I was sick for 8 days straight, my uncle died and I was the lead on a huge project at work. I am down 9 lbs and have 39lbs to go! My Power 90 workout arrived yesterday and I started using it today. Anyone else using this exercise plan?0
