What a day yesterday was!!

I completely overate! I have no idea/reason why other than...I wanted it! I was over my caloreis by 2,400+!!!!! It's so easy to fall back into old habits!

But the plus side to that is I'm using my over eating yesterday as motivation to make sure I make it to the gym today!!!

    It's okay, we can't always have perfect days. Today is a new day, get back up and keep going! You can do this!

    Your human, all humans have moments of weakness and its alright. nobodys perfect and its very very hard to fight against old habits its the way your used to living your life. The important thing is you realized it was a mistake and you used it as motivation to keep going. If im tempted to eat something just to eat it, i try to remind myself "food is fuel, food is FUEL, i dont need that just bc i want it" it helps me. Good luck, stay strong : )

    I was over by 1200+ calories on Saturday! No clue what was up, but when I looked back over my week, I ended up under by 250 cals. So, I figure it all balanced out. :wink:
    I've been trying to be much better for the last few days, staying under every day and drinking tons of water. Plus, I worked out hard Sunday & Monday!!
    Good luck and don't beat yourself up! It's a new day today!
  • Even when we fall down we are still moving forward. Get up brush off and start taking steps toward your goal. Great Job so far!!!
