Hi there! My name is Nadine, I'm a mother or two beautiful children (5 and 2 1/2). Started using this site about a week ago and have gone as far back to log my meals that I've been writing down since late Jan. I recently joined a local "Biggest Loser" contest.

My starting weight was 188 as of Jan. 24. Last weigh-in was 184 w/c was Monday, Feb. 7. I work out with a trainer 2 days a week (Tues/Thurs) and it seems to be helping. I've been doing Zumba twice a week prior and have not been dropping the weight. I think the combined effort is making a difference. My goal weight is 125-130 (this was my pre-baby weight).

I'll keep everyone posted!
