Hi!! Just wanted to take a moment to introduce myself. I am new to mfp and already i think it's great! Tracking the foods I ate was easy to do. I suppose the reason I was never able to stick to any weight loss program at all is because I lack motivation. I am a mother of 2 small boys and I work full time. My husband works full time as well. i work as a receptionist and most of my days are spent sitting down. My coworker and I have decided that we would go to the gym during our lunch breaks. And I am really hoping that the mfp community can help me keep my motivation up. Thanks!!

I have a sedentry job as well so keeping track of those calories and eating very "clean" is very important as well as getting in that exercise!
