How about this? I have a fully stocked pantry and I don't have all the ingredients...but maybe you do, or maybe you can draw inspiration from it!

I just sauteed peppers, onions, and mushrooms, added some seasoning and its a veggie fajita-not including tortilla, you are talking less than 100 cal!
  • To be honest, wraps are hard because the wrap itself is full of empty (and high) calories. I would forget the wrap and use those calories on something else :-) Just eat the fixings outside the wrap!
  • Tuna and salad is great
    Turkey and salad
    Chicken and salad
    Steak and salad
    lamb and rosemary
    Ham and salad

I love salad (just incase you didn't notice)

  • I just use thin shaved turkey breast, some low-fat mozzarella, spinach, and onion...But I GRILL my wrap and dip it in Salsa! Yummy!

I just found an 80 calorie wrap yesterday at safeway I was so excited. Its by "Smart and Delicious" its a whole wheat wrap. I believe Missions whole wheat wraps contain 210 cals (I know the sun dried tomato does for sure) so this was certainly an exciting find for me.

The exact product name: Smart & Delicious™ Low Carb, High Fiber Tortillas (Large size) Nutrition facts at the bottom of this page, http://www.latortillafactory.com/products-3.aspx

They also have a TON of recipes, I have looked at them yet as I just discovered there website, but may have some healthy options, http://www.latortillafactory.com/recipes/recipetoc.aspx
