Sorry for so many questions guys!! But since I'm a tad sick, I feel like a lump. Do you guys have any reccomendations on low impact exercises I can do at home? Also, if any of you use fitnesstv.com, what's your favorite video? Thanks so much :)

    Maybe try something like pilates, its slow moving so you won't need to put in a lot of energy. Or you can pick up some dumbells and use them to improve on strength training. Everything counts :)

    Take a day off or two.. untill you feel better or you will get worse.
    Seriously.. Eat really well.. and you'll benefit from taking the break.
