Sorry for so many questions guys!! But since I'm a tad sick, I feel like a lump. Do you guys have any reccomendations on low impact exercises I can do at home? Also, if any of you use fitnesstv.com, what's your favorite video? Thanks so much

Maybe try something like pilates, its slow moving so you won't need to put in a lot of energy. Or you can pick up some dumbells and use them to improve on strength training. Everything counts0

Take a day off or two.. untill you feel better or you will get worse.
Seriously.. Eat really well.. and you'll benefit from taking the break.0
