HOw would you handle the calories on this?

    Use the receipe calculator to put in the type of Hamburger Helper and how much and what kind of Chicken you used and you can then use the values and save it for the next time!

    If the side of the box says "prepared" and "not prepared" for the nutritional facts, then use not prepared, add the chicken amounts and whatever type of milk or other ingredients you use.

    Get some really lean beef ground up. I go Top Loin or use Bison from High Plains.
