Hey guys this is my 2nd time posting on here! I currently before weighed 237 lbs and as of today I weigh 195 lbs :) It has taken me a whole lot of work and dedication!!!!

    Great progress. Keep up the amazing work. You look beautiful. I love your curly hair. :) I stopped using sulfate shampoos in December and all silicone free conditioners to encourage my natural curls/waves. It's so fun to have both options. Mine are loose enough I can smooth em straight. I desperately need a haircut though.

    That is FANTASTIC. Thank you for your inspiration. I never took "before" pictures, as I never saw the benefit of it. (I was embarrased to, really) Looking at yours and the MAJOR DIFFERENCE - I am inspired to dig some old photos out. Thank you again. and WTG. Keep up the good work !!!!!

    Thank you! I absolutely am greatful that I have curly hair..takes like 2 secs to do after I take a shower :)
