Hi ya'll! ! For this challenge we're not going to be going by total lbs lost, but total % lost. The reason I am doing this is because if a 150lb woman loses 15 lbs, that's quite a difference in % rather than if a 250 lb woman lost the same amount of weight. (Although both equally successful!! ) I thought about limiting this to bigger men and women only (since I am one), but figured that those who only have a "little" weight to lose are working just as hard as those who are heavier... so everyone join in!

This challenge will go until March 31, and I want everyone to have a WEEKLY goal.

The challenge is open to the first 25 people. :-)

    I'm not really sure! When I get down to ONEderland - I carry my weight pretty well. So, I'm thinking maybe around 170-175 lbs - I would be happy. I graduated from High School (11 years ago) and weighed around 150-155 lbs.

    Absolute goal weight? I'm not sure but I'm aiming for 150 then will decide. 150 is the very top of what is healthy weight for my height. So guess I don't have one : )
