What are your goals?

So my normal weight has always been between 140-150 (130 when I was in high school)
So when I started this I weighed 173, and now I am at 155.5 (I haven't updated it on here cuz I just wanna make sure it wasn't water weight.)

ANYWAY. Here are my daily goals:

1,000 Calories
28g Fat
100g Carbs
24g Sugar
88g Protein

I actually always try to keep my calories under 800 (I know you're slowing down your metabolism by eating less than 1200, but I am also getting b12 injections, my metabolism hasn't changed, according to the electrical scale. I burn 1500/day at rest)
I NEVER actually get to 88g of protein, obviously. The site wouldn't let me lower it to 60g.
I also want to try and eat less carbs, but this is the hardest part for me.

Anyway. Just wondering what everyone else's goals are. The few people that I've seen their diaries, their calories are all the way up at 1600+ (I don't know if they're trying to just maintain their current weight.)

  • I was at 1200 and went up to 1500. For some reason I wasn't losing any weight at 1200. When I jumped up to 1500 I started loosing weight.
  • weird. did you try splitting it up into small meals more frequently?
& yeah, eating little calories slows down your metabolism, I'm glad you found a number that works!
  • I am at 1530 and If I don't work out that day I eat close to it. When I work out I try to eat only 200 of the calories earned back. Metabolism is important so I try to eat several small meals during the day instead of a few big meals. I haven't changed any of my settings. I just changed my daily eating habits. I lost 9lbs in three weeks so I have no need to.

400 calories under your set goal seems to be really low. Be careful. Good luck...
