what could i swap for white toast bread and milk thats lower in calories and sugar ?

    wheat toast. hard to do i know...i love white bread...but isn't good, i've tried all the varied types of white bread...and it's just easier to go to wheat, but wonder has the soft wheat so it isn't so assaulting on the senses.

    if you like the crunch factor you could try rice cakes. 30 calories each for low sodium!

    I have a pitta bread butty in the morning - I think around 146 cals for a wholemeal one, usually with a thick slice of ham, tomatoes, Marmite, and lettuce etc if I'm feeling partucularly hungry - OR 2 eggs scrambled in the microwave so no fat XX

    love rice cakes!!! i forgot about them, yum will put them on my shopping list. some good ideas comming in :)
