good morning!...which scale is more accurate: the digital or the original kind??? thnks:flowerforyou:

Good morning! I'd say digital. The "original" kind can get wonky over time because the springs inside it can get too loose or too tight (many can be adjusted, but then it might not be accurate). You can usually find a decent digital scale for $25ish. I have a very basic one that replaced an old-school scale. It doesn't do BMI or anything crazy, just tells me my weight.0

hi! i have 2 digital scales and they seem to work just fine. the digital scales seem to be as accurate as the analog scale at my doctor's office. you may see a little variation in scales, but I think it's most important to weigh yourself on the same scale consistently, around the same time of day (morning before breakfast works best for me), with the same type of clothing.0
