    Welcome! I think this site is very easy to use, and reading some of the blogs and comments lets you know you're not the only one feeling whatever it is you're feeling

    I'm new also. I don't usally post much but while at work I look through all of the blogs and message boards and it keeps me motivated to eat heatlhy and get my butt to the gym after work each day :)
