Are American pounds and British pounds the same?
I weigh just over 10 stone - so I work that out as 140llbs, as there are 14llbs in a stone. Is this right?
I know I'm probably being thick, but I hate working in kilos, and want to make sure..........

I think I'm gonna start thinking of my weight loss in stones. Saying that I need to lose 7 stone sounds so much better than needing to lose 100 lbs!0

I'm gonna switch to stones...the number is smaller! :bigsmile:0
