What is your favorite kind and why? I love it and eat about 2 tbsp per day. I normally just buy Creamy Peter Pan but I am open to other, hopefully healthier, options. Thanks for any insight you can give!

My fav is Skippy Natural PB with Honey.0

I usually go with Smuckers Natural -- no added molasses or other sugar, just pure PB.0

i ♥ PB2!
and i really like walden farms peanut spread...but thats an acquired taste! lol0 -
I have been using freshly ground unsalted organic almond butter and peanut butter. It is really good! :happy:0

I use Better'n Peanut Butter. It isn't exactly like peanut butter but it's ok to cook with or mix with jelly. I'm not a huge fan of it by itself.0

Today i had it for the first time in over a month...it's a treat for me only...0

I buy the natural stuff. The organic pb just didn't go well with my family, no one would eat it.
I also use organic almond butter. Good stuff0 -
Peanut butter is very high in fat AND calories. Stick to Better n Butter, tastes just the same as great creamy peanut butter, but is 100 cal per serving (2 tbsp) and 2g of fat. MMM!0

PB2 !
I love peanut butter and can have trouble controlling my urge once I open the jar. With PB2, not only do you have to mix it, but it only has 45 calories per 2 tablespoons.0 -
Peanut butter is my biggest weakness. I freakin' love peanut butter! I really enjoy Jif Natural and Justin's nutbutter. I switched over to the natural because it's so much better for you. I used to do the Skippy natural but the Jif is sooooo much better! Justin's has several different flavors and several different nuts they use. Yummy!0

The best Peanut Butter I have had is the Krema Natural smooth and creamy peanut butter (http://www.kremaproducts.com/). It's all natural; when you look at the ingredients it says peanut butter. No added oils, fats, or sugars plus 2 Tb give 9 grams of protein which is really good. Lastly unlike a lot of other natural PB's you don't have to refrigerate it or break your wrist trying to stir it, it is smooth and creamy like the label says.0

When I was a little kid my mom use to give me a big scoop of JIF chunky peanut butter on a spoon and I would lick it like a lollipop! It was my favorite food and still is one of my faves! I have changed to JIF reduced fat chunky in my old age though, LOL. Can't beat the real deal. I know there are tons of healthy, natural, alternatives but I just can't do it!
Good post.
OH and if peanut butter has chocolate with it--watch out!!!!0 -
I had never heard of a pb with chocolate, I might have to give it a try0

I decided to try a natural peanut butter. I love the Smuckers natural creamy! just peanuts and salt - only 90mg of salt. Nothing else and it has great flavor. I usually have peanut butter with something sweet (Smuckers is great on apples) so it doesn't need to be sweet.0 -
Crazy Richards. The only ingredients are peanuts. I could eat the whole jar if you let me....lol.0

HA! Peanut Butter is my nemesis too! So now when I have the urge to eat it out of the jar I use a real tablespoon and eat very slowly.. This way I don't lose track!! :noway:0
