P90 User Question

Options
What size weights do you use for the P90? I am currently on my first week and doing the resistance bands but just purchased the Jillian Michaels adjustable dumbbells and they are arriving today!! Not sure what size weights to use. I am 31/Female.

Also, should I be using different sizes for different workouts?

Any thoughts?

    In classic you have to use enough weight to do 8-12 reps in lean 12-15. The last 3 reps should be very hard to do. Only you can gauge what those weights are by trial and error.

    I started out with my 5lb weights, and they worked fine for a few weeks. But as I got more into the program, they became too light so I started using my 10lbs weights. I would suggest if you're trying to build lean muscle to stick between 8-10lbs and do more reps.
