I am 60 years old and have had health issues where I have not been able to exercise so I have put on the lbs that I need to get off as quickly as possible. I know from past experience that tracking what you eat makes you so much more aware of what you are putting in your body and how much! A friend recommended this site and it really helps.

Hi,
i have found that tracking what i eat and drink shows that i drink too much tea, last week i counted 23 cups in one day so im gradually cutting back as 23 cups of tea is 46 sugars a day !!0
