I need to see 20lbs less of me. I'm so serious about this thing I can almost taste it. I'm on a mission and I know I can get there. So happy I was introduced to this site by my doctor. I've lost 65lbs from another natural program I was doing. I would like to see an additional 20lbs off and then I will go from there. Leggo!! Let's get it!!

    hey you. well done on your 65lbs lost already. i had lost 17lbs before i started mfp and then had plateaued for ages. but been here since mid jan after getting the android app and have lost 1-3lbs every week! stick to it and it will work! :)
