10lbs down

Options
My philosophy so far has been slow and steady wins the race. I know that isn't always true, but it will be for me. I'm feeling great today because I lost 5lbs since my last weigh in bringing my total to 10lbs lost!

Slow and steady is best -- Losing weight is not the hard part, it's keeping it off... And a slow steady pace with learned adjusts, reteaching yourself the right way to eat, will equal success in keeping it off in the future :)

    WTG, Congrats!

Slow and steady does win the weight loss race. You didn't put the weight on in one day and it won't come off that way either. Perseverance and will power will take you the distance. Great job on losing!! Here's to 10 more!
