Running/Cardio Music

Options
I am in desperate need of some new music for running. I currently have about 10 high impact songs loaded on my ipod. Nickelback, Theory of a Deadman, Kesha and a couple Lady Gaga songs. I like music with a good hard beat when I work out. I'm honestly a country girl at heart but the hard music is amazing for boosting a workout. Anybody have an ideas?

A few of my running "staples":

Friendly Fires - "In the Hospital"
    Spoon - "Don't You Evah"
    Usher - "O.M.G."
Kevin Rudolph - "Let It Rock"
The Heavy - "How you Like Me Now"
    Ting Tings - "Great DJ"
Earth, Wind, and Fire - "September"
Funkadelic - "One Nation Under a Groove"

Yeah, my tastes are all over the place.

I listen to Pandora or Slacker on my iPhone - for cardio/running, I listen to a techno station (Tiesto, DJ X, DJ Baby Anne, etc... ); then for weights, I switch to rock (Sevendust, Disturbed, White Zombie, Metallica).

For running, I've also found some great techno podcasts.

I agree with the Black Eyed Peas and Lady Gaga... but one that also works for me is good old Eye Of The Tiger by Survivor. It makes me feel like Rocky! LOL

Laker - Can I get your recommendations for Spanish songs... I like that kind of music. I am huge fan of Pitbull when I run!

Also I invite anyone to download the song Calabria 2007 MIMS remix... greatest running song ever!!

I'm embarrassed to admit that for workout purposes, I do throw in some Backstreet Boys too. Normally I'm more mellow and prefer Sufjan Stevens or Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young but it's hard to get pumped to "Teach Your Children Well"!

I love listening to Pandora when I run. My current favorites are the Rage Against the Machine and Beastie Boy stations. I have found Cypress Hill and Run DMC to be really good, especially for speed work, tempo runs and intervals.
