Hi everyone, my friend Lisa started doing this and loves it, so I thought I would give it a shot. I need to lose 70 lbs to be at a normal BMI so lets hope this works! So far I am under my calorie intake which is good I think but it says I need at least 1200 calories a day and mine is just over 1000 calories.. so we shall see..

    I just joined after trying Weight Watchers. I need to know how many calories (protein, carbs, fat) I'm eating, not just points. Can anyone recommend exercise videos? (Toning and conditioning)

    I hearing AMAZING things about P90x and am going to give it a try. Netflix has some ok ones on the instant queue.
