1. Each workout should last approximately 30 to 40 minutes.
2. Train only 1 or 2 muscle groups per workout/day.
3. Do 6 to 9 total heavy sets per muscle group.
4. Do 4 to 6 reps per set.
5. Rest 2 to 3 minutes between sets.
6. Train each muscle group once every 5 to 7 days.
7. Take a 1 week break from training every 8 to 10 weeks.

Hahaha. I wish it worked that way. Not saying I don't get jealous too sometimes though, lol0 -
I'd say be careful.. There's danger in low numbers.0

Your transformation is truly AMAZING and you look AWESOME. You should be very proud. That said, I did look at your diary, and man, you are paying a high price for that amazing body. Personally, the intense workouts and limited diet, with nutritional products added in, is really too hard for most people to handle.
For me personally, I have a husband and 3 kids. There is no way that I would be eating chicken breast and spinach, several times a day, day after day after day. We go out for pizza, we eat spaghetti at home, etc. It just wouldn't work. So I do the best I can, work out as much/hard as I can, when I can, and watch what I eat. Sure, I'll never be ripped like you, but I'm not eating chicken breast and spinach every day. Don't you get bored with that? How long will you be able to keep that up? What happens when you go away for spring break, and everyone is tossing down pizza and beers? At some point, ya gotta live life too!0 -

You're taking a peak at my diet three weeks out from my deadline, and I am firing on all cylinders. Nobody could sustain this extreme of a diet forever, and it wouldn't even maximize their results if they did.0 -

Whew!!! You had me worried. Good plan! Sounds like you really have your act together on this, and it's all well thought out. Great job!0 -
Holy crap, I'll take that body, please!.. :P
Really great post to read through, though - thanks for that, and congrats on your success!0 -
I'm enjoying your pictures ;P
It is good you are focusing more on body fat percentage than weight as you will have to expect to gain weight as you gain muscle mass.0 -
That is great...wonderful job!0

Thanks everyone.0

Today was first day it warm enough and the first time I felt comfortable enough to run around campus shirtless. :happy:0

Great post / results!
I'm on the short end of reaching my goal (body fat) and I am really trying to achieve it with minimal weight loss.
My most recent strategy involves cycling my Protein, Carb, and Fat intake so that my slight calorie deficiency fits my exercise routine and has cutting & building days in the same week. After joining this board, I've heard this referred to as Zig Zagging or Calorie cycling.. Have you tried this as well?
So far it seems to be working for me...
The nutritional intake is not one that I will stick with long term but the results have warranted me sticking with it a bit longer.
Anyways, congrats on your success..0 -

I have never tried calorie cycling. Alreast not on purpose anyway lol0 -
Amazing work brother! I'm in a similar boat as you... skinny-fat, working off the fat, then hitting the weights to bulk-up. I'm finishing up the Master Cleanse, was 140 Sunday the 6th, started the cleanse of on the 7th, I'm already down to 132 and cut three inches off the spare-tire. Should hit the goal by Wednesday, then it'll be time to hit the gym. I'll try to get some pics up also
Thanks for the post man!
