I have kidney beans, chick peas, tomatoe products, root veggies. I have chicken breast, ground turkey and minute steaks. I have normal backing from scratch things in the kitchen.

What can I make in my crock pot?

Agree sounds like a very good chili, brown the ground turkey, add all the beans and chickpeas and some diced tomatoes, add chili powder, garlic, cayenne if you like and simmer. If you calorie intake allows pour over the rice!

I didn't know about that...that's a great tip!! Thanks for passing it on.
I sometimes have an array of fresh vegetables and the usual store cupboard ingredients but can't think what to do with them to make something different/interesting.
