:flowerforyou: Hello, I'm new (about a month). My sister introduced me to MyFitnessPal, and I just love it. I have tried in the past to log food intake, but can never keep up. I also always averaged calories as opposed to actually seeing the real caloric content of foods. I suppose with this program I will lose the 15 lbs Im attempting, though I've lost 35 lbs before without it. Feel free to respond to me. Good luck to all in your weight loss efforts.:flowerforyou:
