I am on day 5 again of the 30 day shred, i say again as it is hard for me but this time I'm really attempting to go past day 5 (level 1) . I really like the DVD . Go for it.0

30 day shred is the best. It changed my life. When you finish it reward yourself with banish fat boost metabolism and no more trouble zones and mix them into your next round. They are each a steal at about 10 bucks a pop plus 3-5lb weights0

Just got the DVD and it is super hard for someone who is out of shape (like me...) but I'm sticking with it hoping for great results!0

Amazing dvd it is what got me back into working out. She has a new one six weeks to a six pack as well as a shred it w weights that you can use a kettlebell for. Is start w 30 days then throw in some of her others. The no more trouble zones and boost your metabolism you can do by circuit so I like to pick four or five from each.0

I haven't tried that one but my favorite dvd is Jackie Warner's extreme timesaver training. It's about 30 min long but you really fell the burn.0
