I came across some old pics today and decided to do a side by side so I could give a visual to myself. I surprised myself! I can't believe I let myself get so big. Even more shocking, I can't believe I have made such a drastic change to my lifestyle. I'm not even worried about these last 30lbs, I know they'll be gone soon too.
I included a candid someone took of me the other day. It doesn't show my body, but you can really see the difference in my face.
