I joined this site about a week ago after some prompting from a co-worker. I can't really explain what made me decide that this was the time to get fit other than 40 seemed like the age to make changes.

I am a hard worker, and have always done the responsible thing when raising my family, I guess like SOOO many others just forgot about myself along the way.

I am currently using this site and have included a 20 min. circuit work out I picked up that I am hoping will do the trick. Well good luck to everyone and if you are looking for an encouraging person to route for you during this weight loss/better health journey than look me up.

    No of course not, just didn't want to name names. Just protecting your privacy but since you don't seem to mind than may I say it is all your fault, jk. Glad you told me about the site it is awesome!
