Absolute goal weight? I'm not sure but I'm aiming for 150 then will decide. 150 is the very top of what is healthy weight for my height. So guess I don't have one : )0

I was so sick on Valentine's Day through yesterday. I had all the symptoms that come along with having the stomach flu. :sick: No good! So, I'm sure some of my weight loss stemmed from that. However, I feel 100% better now. So, I will be able to lose weight a "healthier way" this week. :happy:0 -
