I have been taking this vitamin since I started MFP. My son was in the medicine cabinet looking for something my hubby sent him for, and moved everything around. I couldn't find my multivitamin for 3 days!! I just found it this morning, in the cabinet, hiding directly behind the divider and I just never saw it! LOL. Also, I have been under my calories daily and noticed my weight climbing the last 3 days as well.

I know my food choices haven't been the greatest as we had to pay rent last week, and we are low on funds (soooo happy for payday yesterday!!) I have been eating cheap stuff that we had around the house, but remaining within my calories.
Not sure if it was the absence of the metabolism boost provided by the vitamin, or the carb-loaded cheap food I was eating causing the weight gain.

Can't wait to go grocery shopping tomorrow morning!! But does anyone take this vitamin and notice the same changes if going without?

I am not good at taking pills...but when I do remember to take it...I do see weightloss. I just have an issue that it makes me sick if I take it with my Vitamen D and adrenaline supplements my doctor has me on. So I try taking it at night before I go to bed.,...but it does seem to help with the weight loss...and carbs are my enemy...so could just be a combination of the 2 factors.

I thought the vitamin you mentioned was the same one I take, but I wasn't sure, so I checked the bottle.....YEP, I take the exact same vitamin. I can't really speak of any differences as far as the active metabolism because I've been taking this vitamin for years before MFP...but I CAN tell you during a time that I missed taking it for awhile my energy level went downhill fast!

I wasn't even thinking it could be the vitamin, until I get started on it again. After awhile I noticed my energy levels back to normal. I wanted to see if it was really the vitamin that was the factor, so I stopped taking it. And sure enough...once it was out of my system, energy was GONE! As soon as I started taking the vitamin again and it was back into my system, back to normal. I haven't missed a day since!

Superbowl Sunday and leftover monday, was high, yes. But I hve been way under the rest of the week. Wonder if this is my body still reacting from the bad food from Sunday?

I think I'm going to start tracking sodium intake instead of calcium. Wish there were more selections to be able to keep track of thant the 5 we are allowed!

Ya know, now that I think of it, I have been blaaah the last few days too. Took everything I had to get to Zumba classes the last two days. I did feel much better after the classes though. Interesting experiment you did! Thanks for sharing!! It kind of explains a lot! I hate that my metabolism and energy level is near nothing without the help of this suppliment!
