hello:)
i am Paul.. italian guy living in Milano!
I am here.. i am on diet since 1 feb. after eating like a horse for xmas and so on :)

Now i wanna lose 12 kg's before june.. as i am going in california and i cannot look like this..!

U know.. living in italy it s very difficult..to be on diet.. :)
