Just thought I better say Hi!, as I have been on a 4 month break from MFP and saying NO to food and drink desires.
I live in the South Lakes in Cumbria, UK; and last year from April to early Oct I managed to lose 19 pounds in weight and greatly improved my jogging skill. ( Was not a running type!). My figure changed and it felt good.
Also, last year I met a wonderful new friend on MFP from N Carolina. We now correspond out side the site.
So I've had three days of logging in my diaries. And I have upped my exercise.
Over the winter I gained 8 pounds back of what I lost, and this last week have lost 1 pound.
So with some positive thinking and some motivation reading MFP posts I hope to get back to the weight I was in October 2010. Plus a few pounds.
Keep going everyone!
It feels good to be back with the healthy conscious world gang.

Hi,
Thanks for your support.
You are doing really well. Last year I kept up the control of my diet knowing that it wasn't going to be instant and it would be a slow journey to a happier with myself me. And it worked!
Keeping at it girl:)
