Hi guys!!


A litle about me: I am female, 20 years old, and I live a relatively active lifestyle.. I am no coach potatoe. but it has seemed that since high school weight has snuck up on me, which is expected it but these extra 20ish pounds I dont like. I understand now that I am more of a 'women' and no longer a highschool 'girl' and my body has changed but i know I am not fit anymore. I was invovled in a variety of sports, mostly volleyball. So I was in good shape. Since i have stopped playing my thighs are softening up along with my belly and arms. NOT GOOD. I am not 'overweight' but any charts defition but I am border lining the overweight/appropriate zone. I want to lower my body fat percent and firm up! If anyone out there has similiar goals/ambitions let me know, perhaps we can befriend one another on here! Keep eachother motiviated!

So far It's been about 3 days for me on myfitnesspal.. and I am enjoying it alot! I always thought that recording what I ate all day would be such an inconvience/hard but its not! I am on a computer everyday anyways.. it is simple. So here are my goals!! I started at:

weight: 174
height: 69 inches
body fat %: 29%

By the end of april (just in time for summer) I want to be:

weight: 155
height: 69 inches
body fat%: 26%

It is do-able but wont be easy!! Any one have an advice they want to share, go for it, it's welcomed!
