This site is wonderful, especially the message boards. Everybody is so supportive. I learn alot from the advice, but it also helps to see people that have lost. If i'm having a hard time staying on track I come here and listen to my cheerleaders. I hope I am at least half as supportive as 99% of the people on here.0

Congratulations !! That is awesome!0

I have had success on Weight Watchers. It is a great way to lose weight. I messed up and gained weight months later because I did not go to mantenance like they advise. The meetings are great because you get face to face support. I would have gone back, but money contraints prevented me. At $40.00 a month its a bit pricey but cheaper and healthier then most weight loss programs. I am having success using this site and its free. So guess what I'm saying is I love Weight Watchers but I love MFP just as much and I can afford it! :ohwell:0

Keep it going!! You're doing great!
I'm not in the lower portion of the overweight category. So thrilled, which means I'm getting close to healthy0 -
