Is there anyone out there that is daring to take a fat burner to help achieve their desired results? if so which one and what are your findings? i have recently started taking genuine health ab+ and lean+ but dont know if it is aggressive enough to make any sort of difference.

i'm more of a natural/herbal gal myself, but that has become so after i lost weight and became more aware of holistic approaches to fitness.

are you just starting out? if so, i do suggest a thermogenic supplement, but what really worked for me was slimquick for the first sixty days of my workout program. it didn't give me the jitters and was just enough to give my sluggish metabolism a kickstart, and since it's specifically designed for a woman, I felt more at ease taking it, the last thing i needed was a caffenated testosterone like boost and an inability to sleep...i weened myself off of it and didn't find any sort of dependence on it, but i then replaced it with a cup of hot green tea with each meal just to help with my metabolism, sans the jitteriness of caffeine...

    i hope this helps! :flowerforyou:
  • I tried the ab+ and lean+ and found that it made my skin break out more than anything else. I had to stop using it and within a couple of days my skin cleared up. hope you have better luck with it!
