looking for some good work out tapes! but some easy ones lol got any ideas?

    Just go to Walmart or Target in the exercise section they should have something you might like.
    They are not too expensive but it kind of a hit or miss on how hard they are. If it says for beginners
    I would try there then you can advance. Hopes this helps. :happy:

    I like Excersise TV on Comcast. You can choose any of about 50 different trainers. The workouts are 10 to 45 minutes, whatever you pick.I like The Biggest Looser videos with Tara and the gang. Called "Lasr Chance Workout".Denise Austin is always good!
