I found a new favorite... 3/4 cup frozen blueberries, 1/2 cup nonfat milk and a packet of splenda. It created blueberry ice milk. I felt like I was eating ice cream without the guilt.

Ahhhhhhh yes!! Add some strawberries, half of a small banana and your milk (I use unsweetened almond milk, tastes just like skim milk to me) and the splenda and YUM!!!!!!!! I actually made that for my family and I last night0 -

I didn't blend the blueberries but I'll try that with the strawberries and banana. I love fruit!0
