I'm seriously considering starting WW next week. I want to go to the actual meetings, not just online. I would love to hear feedback from ya'll good and bad!
Thanks!

I love ww. I did it almost 3 years ago and lost 30 lbs. If you need accountability, its for you, I recently stopped and starting this, basically bc I got tired of paying

I've done WW on and off for awhile. I personally like this website better. I like knowing how many Carbs, Fat, Fiber, Protein, ect.. I eat rather just knowing how many points I eat. Plus this is free! Meetings can be good depending on who your leader is. I would just try it out and see if it works for you.

I think there's more support on this site....I filled in at WW for a friend doing the admin and some people literally paid thousands of dollars to lose weight - your money may be better spent on joining a gym..
  • I agree, I find this site more supportive. but because WW has worked so well for me in the past, I can't give it up. I do points but log in here.

I LOVE this site! I'm just not accountable for what I do. I feel like if I'm paying for it, I'll actually stick with it. I have NO support at home what so ever, so I really need something. I have a gym membership, but my husband works 2 weeks of the month out of town and I have a 3 year old. She goes to a mothers day out program but it's only 2 days a week. I know all I'm doing is making excuse after excuse, I really don't know what to do lol
  • I did weight watchers 2 years ago and it was great. It works and i lost 40 lbs doing it. I stopped paying though and gained the weight back. BOO for that. Now I am here and this is just as great if not more because I don't remember a forum as active as this on WW.com. I would recommend WW if this is not working for you, but give this a chance it can be just as good.
