    I've forwarded your video to a friend I couldn't convert by myself :grumble: He kept telling me how good I looked after losing weight, but I don't think he could relate me losing weight to him losing weight, so you might be a better example, especially as you work in kg (he's from SA). Fingers crossed...

    And well done, on all fronts. I feel quite evangelical about mfp, so I'm glad you're using your existing presence to spread the word :flowerforyou:
