Anyone tried it? i've seen video's and it looks pretty good.

    I've tried it, it's ok but not the best workout dvd in my opinion!

    I'm not sure why I'd give any credence to a workout DVD by a particularly bad girl band... :huh:

    It's a bit like expecting your worst butcher to bake good bread?? :laugh:

    But hey if it gets you moving it's probably better than nothing if you enjoy it. I just wouldn't expect great quality in terms of instruction.

    I actually bought it and for me personally it wasn't what I was looking for.. They teach you the steps to their dances, and there's like three levels you work through. It does get you moving around a lot. I gave it to one of the girls at work and they loved it. But she said it takes almost an hour to get through the 3 steps. Depends on what your looking for in an exercise program.
