I'm not sure why I'd give any credence to a workout DVD by a particularly bad girl band... :huh:
It's a bit like expecting your worst butcher to bake good bread?? :laugh:
But hey if it gets you moving it's probably better than nothing if you enjoy it. I just wouldn't expect great quality in terms of instruction.0 -
I actually bought it and for me personally it wasn't what I was looking for.. They teach you the steps to their dances, and there's like three levels you work through. It does get you moving around a lot. I gave it to one of the girls at work and they loved it. But she said it takes almost an hour to get through the 3 steps. Depends on what your looking for in an exercise program.0
