new to mfp and stuck

I'm male 44 years old I have about 160 lbs to lose I lost 10 lbs the first 3 weeks . I have bodybugg I burn ard 3800 to 4300 calories a day. I eat ard 2100 to 2600 calories a day. The last 2 week been stuck at the same weight. I drink more than 8 glass of water a day . I cut out putting salt on food. I've made lots of healther choices. I get fuller faster can't seem to eat as much. Help please

It depends on your weight, height, age, and gender but it seems you should be losing weight. Google "mayo clinic metabolism" and see if you can figure out what might be the problem. Better yet, go to a nutritionist. Whatever you do, hang in there! Keep up your healthy eating and do not eat LESS. Keep the faith. While eating well I actually GAINED over a pound in a day... then about a week and a half later I dropped about a pound 3 days in a row. It wall works out in the end if you are eating less than you need.0
