Steak and feta roll ups

This is amazing! and low in carbs.

1 4 oz strip loin, fat removed, grilled, sliced into strips
2. 1 onion sliced, ( can grill with meat or use raw
3. 1 oz. reduced feta cheese, crumbled
4. 1 clove garlic, grilled with meat and sliced
5. chopped black olives
6. 2 TBS reduced fat ranch dressing
7. 2 large leaves of romaine lettuce, washed and patted dry


You guessed it. Split the ingredients between the 2 lettuce leaves, roll up and enjoy. SO good.

    I'm so sorry, I don't, but if you enter all the ingred. separately, they will tell you....that is what I do with food that is not countable as a unit.

    You are a food genius! If you want a twist to it 'cause it is kinda Greek in nature...keep it exactly the same but instead of the lowfat ranch...try the Greek Vinagrette (Good Seasons) in the bottle. Even less calories and sounds like it would go perfect with your creation. Thanks soooo much!
