Heres my low cal version of chicken burgers!

1 chicken breast chopped very finely
1 tbsp cottage cheese
garlic
parsley

mix all the above and shape into burgers (i got 2 for one breast) place in fridge for 30 mins to set.
Oven cook on gas mark 7 for 20 mins.

Serve with salad or in a bun :D

They were lovely!!

I had 2 burgers(1 breast) in a malted brown grain roll for 386 cals!

Really interesting! I HATE cottage cheese, but this sounds like it could be quite tasty. I must try! Thanks!
  • I dont really like cottage cheese either!! But it binds it all together and you cant really taste it just kinda makes the burgers creamier i guess!! (i used one with chives and onions in it too)

Oooh, sounds good! I have some cooked chicken breasts in the freezer that I haven't found a use for yet. This sounds like just the thing.
