I don't know the exact nutrition..but i once heard that it's equal to the amount of a slab of ribs..yikes!!!!!!

If you go into food and enter Cineplex Odeon popcorn, you'll have a list to choose from, with or without butter. A small with butter is 580 cals, and 47 grams of fat!!!!!! Only 275 cals and 0 grams of fat for a small without butter.

Or! you can buy popping corn and do it yourself at home, with just a little bit of salt on? I dont know the calories but its a lot healthier I think..
