Hi! I'm Kristi and I've just started here. I'm hoping to lose 65 pounds this year. Not really trying any magic diet just reducing what I already eat. I've also just recently eliminated all meat but fish and seafood from my diet. I already like the food diary as a way to see how I'm doing. Looks like this site will be a great motivator.
