I'm doing this AGAIN!!

Hi, all. Although this is my first experience with a calorie-counting program/community, I'm no stranger to weight loss. This might be my 6th? time trying to lose weight. I've been extremely successful 2 times before, and while I can say I plan to make this the last, I think that's what I told myself the last time! :ohwell:

All the same, I'm off to a good start. I've made some distinct changes this time, including getting a workout buddy and of course, MFP. I'm so pleased! 3 solid weeks in, and I'm already down 8 pounds (16 from my absolute heaviest)!!! :doing a happy dance:

Anyway, thank all of you so much for sharing your stories (I've been reading) and posting food information!!! I'm on top of it because of y'all. :heart: Feel free to add me if you could use another friend. I'd love to celebrate your successes with you!!

    yenohamk - Well done! This is my second time... lost 30 pounds in 2000. Now, I'm almost 30 pounds heavier than I was then! I'm down 13 but feeling a slowing coming on. Seems like working out is stalling my weight loss, not improving it. I didn't work out at all last time. I did the Carb Addicts diet and lost it. Got any tips? I wish I could live without any carbs. LOL

    Thanks for adding me.. I need some weight loss buddies. : )
